Customer Sales Executive

Job Description

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell our products/services.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for customer acquisition



• Requirements:
• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
