Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate fresher or Undergraduate with a minimum of 6 months of call center experience.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Flexible with working in a 24/7 environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Customer Service Executive . In this fast-paced BPO environment, you will be responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business deals, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively showcase our offerings. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and a proactive approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and prospects.

- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Achieve sales targets and goals.

- Develop sales strategies and determine customer needs.

- Identify potential opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits of our products/services.

- Handle objections and resolve customer complaints.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

- Provide accurate information on products/services and pricing.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in a BPO setting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation skills with a proactive approach to sales.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in outbound sales calling.

- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Candidate Profile :

- Any Graduate Fresher OR Under-Graduate / Dropout / Pursuing with 6 months of calling experience.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Flexible with 24/7 Environment.

Salary: ?16,000 - ?20,000 + Attractive Incentives
