/ Responsibilities:
1. Managing consumer business via appointed authorized franchisee of the assigned market.
2. Franchisee Management - Enquiry Status monitoring, developing franchisee infrastructure and provide necessary training.
3. Provide monthly sales forecast based on sales review and project outlook.
4. On Site Management with implementing site health card and necessary contractor training.
5. Customer Interaction - Feedback form collection,Customer Complaint handling and Collecting Testimonials from customers.
6. Database Management - EMS, maintenance of all necessary MIS and weekly report submission.
7. Local level promotion and lead generation on ground activities
8. Achieving monthly and yearly sales targets of assigned sales territory.
Educational Qualification : Graduate/ MBA
Minimum Yrs. of Experience: 2-3 yrs.
Nature of Experience: Sales and Marketing in Building Material industry or related segments.
Specific Skills / Personal Attributes:
1. Relationship management and development with Franchisee. Ability to manage franchisee.
2. High level of self-motivation.
3. Customer oriented approach.
4. Strong inter-personal communication skills.
5. Problem solving & redressal or solution providing customer centric approach.
6. Influencer engagement (Interior designer / Architect).
