Customer Sales Associate
Job Description
• Customer Interaction : Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide information about products and services.
• Product Knowledge : Stay updated on fashion trends, product lines, and manufacturing processes to effectively communicate with customers.
• Sales Support : Assist customers in selecting products, upselling items, and completing sales transactions.
• Order Management : Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management to ensure product availability.
• Problem Resolution : Address customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the production team to ensure product availability and communicate customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Marketing Support : Assist in promotional activities and events to drive sales and brand awareness.

Pay: ?11,000.00 - ?13,500.00 per month
