Position Overview: We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Sales Associate to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong aptitude for sales. As a Customer Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, engaging with customers to understand their needs and offer products and solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction :
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs through active listening and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Sales Activities :
• Promote and sell products to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer experience and drive revenue.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Product Knowledge :
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
• Stay updated on new products, promotions, and sales techniques.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
• Inventory Management :
• Assist in stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
• Team Collaboration :
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve store goals.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies and customer service.
• Reporting and Documentation :
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer data.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?75,000.00 per month
