As a Customer Sales Advisor in the automotive sector, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process. You will play a crucial role in representing our brand, building relationships with potential buyers, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This position requires a combination of sales skills, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listen actively to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about our vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing.
• Sales Process:
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Conduct test drives to showcase the features and performance of different models.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sale, including price, financing, and trade-in options.
• Relationship Building:
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers to promote new products and services.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the automotive industry, including new models, technologies, and trends.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our vehicle lineup, including key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Knowledge of automotive products and services.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
