Position Title: Customer Retention Executive Department: Support Location: Gurgaon Working Days: 6 Days Timing: 10am to 7pm Job Summary:
The Customer Retention Specialist is responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role involves proactive communication with customers, addressing their needs, and implementing strategies to retain them. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Role & Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs, concerns, and satisfaction levels.
• Retention Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to retain customers, reduce churn, and enhance customer loyalty.
• Issue Resolution: Address customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and prepare reports on retention metrics and customer satisfaction.
