: Customer Retention Executive

Shift Window: 24/7

Working Days: 5

Week Offs: Any two (Rotational Week Offs)

Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inbound voice support and exceptional communication skills. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, handling queries, and providing solutions to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls effectively, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Employ persuasive communication techniques to retain customers and resolve any concerns.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
• Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and track customer status.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve retention targets and improve customer service processes.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Undergraduate with a minimum of 6 months of experience in inbound voice support.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate voice.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 shift environment with rotational week offs.

Interview Process:

• HR Round : Telephonic interview to assess general fit and discuss initial qualifications.
• Operations Round : Video call interview via Microsoft Teams to evaluate technical skills and role-specific competencies.
