###### Description
Job Summary : Performs the following responsibilities in order to manage customer's inquiries in terms of resolving them and recommending the optimal solution.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Only Freshers can apply, Female candidates are preferable.
1. Must reply to consumer inquiries by email, phone, text message.
2. Have to be detailed - oriented with the business to understand customer's queries.
3. Need to escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issue/problems
4. Must be able to suggest improvement ideas that decrease time, improved accuracy or strengthen controls.
5. Maintain a record of customers' interactions, and manage customer's accounts.
6. Need to adhere to the communication protocols, regulations and guidelines.
7. Customers must be engaged and informed about the company's product offerings.
