Job Role: - Position: International Voice Support Executive - Shift Timing: 24/7 Shifts (Any 9 hours) - Working Days: 5 days a week Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to retain customers and address their queries or concerns effectively. - Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized solutions to enhance their experience. - Retain customers by addressing their needs and providing exceptional service. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention goals are met. Requirements: - Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written). - Minimum qualification: HSC/Graduated (Higher Secondary pass preferred).. - Minimum 6 months of experience in international tele-calling or voice processes. - Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment with 5 working days and 2 rotational week offs. - Comfortable working from the office location in Mahape, Ghansoli.- Ability to work in a night shift and adhere to the designated schedule.
