- Build and maintain positive relationships with users.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve retention targets.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Bengali or any other language is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle customer interactions over the phone effectively.
- Good listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
