Role Overview
As the Customer Research & Insights Executive, you will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing customer feedback, and generating insights that guide product development, marketing strategies, and business decisions. You'll play a key role in understanding customer behaviour, preferences, and pain points to help shape the brand's growth and product innovation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Research & Data Collection
? Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research initiatives, including surveys,
focus groups, customer interviews, and usability testing.
? Collaborate with internal teams to identify key research objectives and align on
methodologies.
? Conduct competitor and industry analysis to identify trends and gaps in the market.
2. Data Analysis & Insights
? Analyze customer feedback from multiple channels (e.g., reviews, social media, NPS,
and CSAT surveys) to uncover key trends and insights.
? Monitor customer behavior patterns across the online store and offline touchpoints to
understand preferences and challenges.
? Generate actionable insights and recommendations for product development, marketing
strategies, and customer experience improvements.
3. Reporting & Stakeholder Collaboration
? Create detailed reports and presentations to share research findings and insights with
cross-functional teams and leadership.
? Collaborate with the product, marketing, and customer experience teams to align
research insights with strategic goals.
? Track the effectiveness of implemented strategies and refine them based on customer
feedback.
5. Tools & Technology
? Leverage tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and customer feedback platforms
to gather and analyze data.
? Stay updated on emerging research methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance
data collection and analysis processes.
Key Qualifications
? Experience:
? 0-2 years in customer/market research, consumer insights, or analytics roles.
? Experience in D2C, beauty, skincare, or FMCG industries is preferred.
? Skills:
? Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics) and survey
platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Typeform).
? Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex
data.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights and
recommendations.
? Familiarity with customer segmentation and behavior analysis.
