Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Trainee to handle customer interactions and support tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with our customers. This role is pivotal in resolving customer's inquiries promptly and efficiently, exceeding their expectations and fostering long-term customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound communication with UK customers via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp chat & call. Ensuring clear and professional communication throughout all interactions.
Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, deliveries, feedback, and other fulfilment related issues.
Order Assistance: Assist customers in completing their orders.
Sample Order Conversion: Proactively convert positive leads into regular buyers through effective outbound communication via Calls, WhatsApp, or Messages.
Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong connections with customers such as students and professionals.
Post-Purchase Communication: Follow up with customers post-purchase for feedback, reviews, and obtaining project outcomes photos/videos after results.
Social Media Communication: Find prospects and leads over social media groups and pages, Likes and comments on their posts to increase interactions and respond promptly to inquiries and concerns.
Issue Resolution: Coordinate with different internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
Customer Retention: Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and repeat purchases.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and keep detailed notes for future reference.
Reports: Prepare and submit periodic reports summarizing customer inquiries, trends, and feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer service strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (customer service, communications, business administration preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role with a demonstrably strong track record of exceeding customer expectations. Experience for an assignment business is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a clear, professional, and friendly tone.
Proficiency in using computers (specially MS Office tools) and various communication platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Chat & Call).
Ability to multi-task effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage a fast-paced workload.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify root causes of customer issues and find appropriate solutions.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Detail-oriented and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and handling challenging situations with a calm and professional attitude.
Familiarity with the academic consultancy industry (a plus).
Comfortable with working in India/UK time zones interchangeably.
