Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction and Relationship Management
• Handle customer inquiries effectively through WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to resolve customer questions and concerns.
• Build strong trust-based relationships by understanding customer requirements and offering tailored solutions.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing grievances and resolving issues promptly.
• Achieve targeted sales numbers for our training programs by engaging with customers and influencing their decisions.
2. Sales and Promotion
• Present and promote our products and services effectively using compelling arguments and thorough knowledge of our offerings.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on assigned leads and convert them into sales.
• Demonstrate how our training programs and solutions align with customer needs to encourage participation.
• Consistently seek new sales opportunities through outreach, database management, and lead engagement.
• Conduct research on target clients to identify opportunities for new business development.
• Manage the sales process to close deals successfully while meeting weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
• Consistently achieve or exceed agreed-upon sales goals and deadlines.
3. Lead Generation and Follow-Up
• Generate leads through database calling, campaigns, references, and other strategic channels.
• Conduct meaningful outbound calls to potential customers to understand their needs and qualify them as leads.
• Accurately document customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
• Capture and report insights from customer interactions to refine internal processes and strategies.
4. Collaboration and Feedback
• Work closely with internal teams to achieve shared goals and improve outcomes.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to refine services, offerings, and customer support processes.
• Adhere to all company-defined processes, policies, and performance metrics.
• Demonstrate initiative and go the extra mile to exceed sales targets and foster future opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and Tamil (preferred).
• A persuasive and empathetic communication style.
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in a service-based or educational sector.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to handle objections and queries confidently.
Work timings: 9 30 AM to 5 30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
