Job Description

Customer Service
Responding to inquiries from students, educators, and institutions regarding Cambridge English assessments.
Providing information about test formats, preparation materials, registration processes, and results.
Registration Management
Assisting candidates with the registration process for assessments, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
Maintaining records of registrations, payments, and schedules.
Communication
Coordinating communication between candidates and assessment administrators, including sending confirmations and reminders about test dates.
Managing inquiries via phone, email, and ensuring prompt and professional responses. Support for Assessment Logistics
Assisting in the preparation and organization of assessment sessions, including setting up venues and ensuring compliance with testing regulations.
Coordinating with examiners and invigilators to ensure smooth operation during assessments.
Assisting executives and team members with daily tasks, including preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
Data Management
Maintaining and updating databases related to candidates, test results, and feedback. ? Generating reports on assessment outcomes and customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
Problem Resolution
Addressing any issues or concerns raised by candidates, such as rescheduling tests or handling complaints, in a professional and efficient manner.

Essential Skills
Strong ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders, fostering a welcoming environment.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling registrations, documents, and communications.
Communication Skills :
Proficient in both verbal and written communication, capable of conveying information clearly and effectively.
Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, often acting as the first point of contact for clients or visitors.
Work Environment
Working as a CRE in this context involves collaboration with educators, assessment teams, and students from various backgrounds, making adaptability and a customer-focused approach essential for success

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
