Customer Relationship Management Coordinator
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate sales activities, including order processing, quotation generation, and sales support.
2. Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of products.
3. Manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and address any issues or concerns to maintain positive relationships.
4. Assist with production coordination by coordinating with manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure timely production and delivery of orders.
5. Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers on order progress and delivery schedules.
6. Collaborate with sales and production teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities in CRM software.
8. Support sales team in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience in customer service, sales coordination, or production coordination.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
