Job Description

Open Position: CRM Executive

Job Roles:

• Good Communication Skills (Written and Verbal):
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their inquiries or complaints.
• Provide clear and concise responses via email, chat, or phone.
• Ensure a professional and empathetic tone in all communications.
• Basic Knowledge of Computers:
• Navigate computer systems and software applications efficiently.
• Ability to learn and use customer support software and databases.
• Calling (Both Inbound and Outbound):
• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, service complaints, or general questions.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues, resolve complaints, or provide information as needed.
• Maintaining MIS (Management Information System):
• Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Prepare reports on customer feedback, satisfaction, and issues for management review.
• People Management:
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
• Provide support and guidance to junior staff members when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Customer Support Executive or similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.

• Working Hours: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
