Role:- Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)

Location:- Sector 49, Gurgaon

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients by providing excellent service and support. The CRO will serve as a key point of contact, addressing customer queries, ensuring satisfaction, and promoting customer loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to promote trust and loyalty. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services to provide accurate information. Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer requests and resolve complaints. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the customer experience. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using CRM tools. Upsell and cross-sell products/services where appropriate. Assist in implementing customer engagement initiatives and retention programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience in a customer service or relationship management role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
