• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by recommending relevant products based on customer needs.
• Drive sales by promoting new arrivals, offers, and complementary products to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Build lasting customer relationships through personalized engagement, follow-ups, and proactive outreach to boost loyalty and retention.
