Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers across multiple channels (phone, chat, email, social media), resolving queries related to products, orders, payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Provide empathetic and efficient support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by recommending relevant products based on customer needs.
• Drive sales by promoting new arrivals, offers, and complementary products to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Build lasting customer relationships through personalized engagement, follow-ups, and proactive outreach to boost loyalty and retention.
