Aimore Technologies, a leading software training institute, is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our training programs and assisting prospective students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential students to inform them about our software training courses.
• Respond to inquiries regarding program details, fees, and schedules.
• Identify and nurture leads to enroll in our training programs.
• Maintain a database of customer information and follow up effectively.
• Handle feedback and resolve queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to meet enrollment targets.
Requirements:
• Experience: 02 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in local languages and English.
• Ability to work in a team and meet daily call & walkin targets.
• Basic knowledge of IT or software training is an advantage.
