Roles and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with our banking partners to identify and engage with potential customers, leveraging
their existing client base and network to generate leads and referrals.
• Build rapport and establish trust with customers through proactive communication, needs analysis,
and personalized financial planning sessions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and reviews to deepen relationships, address customer inquiries, and
provide ongoing support.
• Present and promote the range of life insurance products and services to customers, highlighting
their features, benefits, and suitability based on individual financial goals and risk profiles.
• Cross-sell and upsell additional products and services to maximize revenue opportunities and
enhance customer value.
• Educate customers on the importance of life insurance and financial planning, empowering them to
make informed decisions to protect their families and secure their financial future.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the
insurance sector, incorporating relevant insights into sales practices and customer interactions.
We're looking for someone with:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry, with a proven track
record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with
diverse stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of insurance products, sales techniques, and market dynamics.
