Customer Relationship Officer
Job Description
Responsible for resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution. Need to visit field .
Generate Sales leads
Responsible for driving sales for various Airtel Plans, Plan upgrades & Products including Broadband, Black, Xsafe, Airtel Money, Thanks app, Wynk etc. for new & existing Airtel customers.
Deliver on all agreed KPIs with adherence to pre-defined Scope of Plan to run store operations smoothly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?11,000.00 - ?15,300.00 per month
