Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services and customer experience.
• Develop and implement customer retention strategies.
• Provide regular updates and reports on customer interactions and satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to improving customer experiences.

Pay: From ?22,000.00 per month
