• Ensuring timely submission of RFP responses, pitches, credit memos, and supervision reports1.
• Evaluating and assessing additional exposure to new and existing relationships1.
• Participating in strategic decisions regarding changing facilities, space, and furnishings1.
• Performing necessary activities associated with the generation and assessment of new loans1.
• Working with buyers, sellers, and renters to sell, buy, or rent pre-owned properties throughout the area2.
• Developing relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide the best real estate solution2.
• Serving as a representative for clients from start to the end of transaction closing
