Customer Relationship Management: -
Update and maintain customer data in ERP.
Address escalations and customer complaints.
Knowledge of Stamp Duty & execution of the agreements and MOUs.
Coordinating with the Engineering team for modification requests and updates.
Generate demand letters, and follow up with customers and bankers for payment collection.
Prepare draft agreements, and receipts, and coordinate with customers and the legal department for registration.
Monitor customer files for optimum business generation.
Coordinate with the bank for loan disbursement documents.
Coordinate with the banking team to ensure smooth APF processing.
Handle APF-related documents efficiently by coordinating with various departments.
