You will be responsible to maximize the efficiency of the CRM data and software to improve customer care.Academic Qualification & ExperienceBachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Public Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related field.Management degree preferred6-7 years of experience in CRM marketing or advertising within a Sales team in an advanced and highly competitive setting.Technical Skills/KnowledgeMust have technical skills and the ability to keep themselves up to date with all the latest technologyMust have experience on SFMC and other softwares like clevertap, MoEngage etcThe objective is to own the CRM.
