• Daily Coordination: Assist the Marketing Manager with daily activities and administrative tasks.
• Invoice Management: Send invoice copies and LR (Logistics Receipt) to clients, ensuring timely communication.
• Dispatch Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up on dispatch data sheets to ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Collection Calls: Conduct follow-up calls for collections and manage overdue accounts.
• Feedback Collection: Fill out customer feedback forms and service feedback forms to gather client insights.
• Lead Generation: Identify and track leads for motors, exports, and intra-city opportunities from various sources.
• Mass Messaging: Send mass messages for promotions, updates, and client engagement.
• Ledger Management: Distribute ledgers to clients for verification and address any discrepancies.
• Data Entry: Perform regular data entry in HubSpot to maintain accurate client records.
• Inquiry Response: Reply to all new inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Social Media Engagement: Manage and engage on social media platforms to enhance company presence and interact with clients.
• Client Relations: Send birthday gifts or cakes to clients to strengthen relationships and show appreciation.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role or customer service.
• Qualifications: BBA or MBA in Marketing preferred.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot and other CRM tools.
• Social Media: Proficiency in managing social media platforms.
• Customer Focus: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
