Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Communication: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client issues and concerns efficiently.
• Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to improve our services.
• Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

• Education: 12th pass, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in customer relationship management or a related role.
• Fresher: Fresher with good communication skill are also welcome.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
