As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) at Greenr, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will manage customer interactions, gather feedback, and implement strategies to improve customer service and retention.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Ensure all customer interactions are handled promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues to prevent churn.
• Gather customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions and analyse feedback data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Engage with customers through social media and other digital platforms to build a strong online community.
• Work closely with the marketing, operations, and service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer relationship management.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall customer experience.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyse data and develop actionable insights.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media engagement strategies.
