Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for rolling out and nurturing global and local accounts along with acquisition of new business.
Responsible for client retention and leading strategic initiatives that influence business growth and profitability
Settle all the customer disputes in a professional and pleasant manner.
Conduct weekly/monthly calls with the client involving our internal stakeholders from different departments.
Responsible for generating Revenues to the Organization by Cross selling, Up selling and negotiating while renewal of agreements.
Engaging with clients at different levels to maintain strong relationship
Assist clients in negotiating corporate deals with airlines.
Prepare regular Cost Benefit Analysis report (CBA) for Corporates to check the status of their P&L.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master's degree in travel and tourism, hospitality business or relevant fields.
strong track record of working in different markets in the travel & tourism industry.
Strong knowledge of traveling software and procedures.
Skilled in Negotiation, Sales, Relationship Management, Pricing Strategy and Consulting
Basic computer skills and software like MS Office.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Efficient negotiation and sales skills.
Up to date with domestic and international travel trends.
Well-read on the rules and regulation of tourism.

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
