Job Title: Customer Support CRM Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Support CRM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our customer support operations through our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, ensuring efficient handling of customer inquiries and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• CRM Management:
• Utilize and maintain our CRM system to manage customer support activities, including ticketing, resolution tracking, and customer interaction history.
• Customer Interaction:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints via various channels (phone, email, chat) with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Issue Resolution:
• Investigate and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately within the CRM system. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Training and Support:
• Provide training and support to customer support team members on CRM usage, best practices, and customer service techniques.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business administration or customer service is a plus
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
