Job Description

Responsibilities:

Analyze customer satisfaction levels and define customer specific plans to ensure delight for all current and prospective customers

Provide feedback to the Management, Sales team on the overall quality of customer interactions

Complaint Management - tracking & resolution of customer complaints of Sales within desired time period

Diagnose the root cause for the customer complaints and determine accountability

Analysis of lost & Closed lead and action plan to control the lost

Conduct monthly customer meetings to take the actual feedback of customer experience in Sales.

Location: Camp Showroom

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
