ROLES: 1 ) Whats-app : Replying to WhatsApp Queries, Taking WhatsApp Calls, Getting Orders and placing them on shopify. Content creation for headers, banners, and WhatsApp on website. Wati 2.Calls, Taking Calls, Calling customers for Order Confirmation : Telephonic communication. 3.Maintaining Reports, Manual Orders Sheet, Customers complaint sheet for future analysis, Checking reports from the team Making reports of customers feedback as per the requirements. 4.Monitoring,Reviews management, Guiding team in customer complaints(returns, refunds) 5.Instagram DM,Replying queries from customers & influencers. Pitching gifting companies through Instagram DM, Facebook , Linked In 6.Handling Payment Gateways like Razor pay & Paytm ( for payment link creation, checking payment status and refunds) 8.Taking Calls, Coordinating with (logistics), order updates/ any customization request from customers 9.Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures for products, promotions, and pricing strategies. 10.Competitor Analysis for various content and creative formats. 11. E-commerce listing : Amazon and Nykaa and other platforms. - Coordinate with Logistics for inventory and requirements. - Oversee advertising/communication campaign ideas. Preparation of decks and catalogues. - Assisting marketing/content team with research, analysis and relevant design or content references for their specific work.\'\'New product phase 1 communication: - Website content - Ecommerce listing content - Product listing infographics for website & e-commerce platforms - PR requirements - Amazon A+ - Nykaa A+ Website content - Announcement bar - Home banners - Offer page banners - Cart messages SEO Content - Blogs - Website Optimization content - Other Seo requirements as per the agency SMS SKILLS: Business driven. Proactive & able to work independently. Strong customer service mindset Confident, enthusiastic, and positive Market and product knowledge/passion for wellness and personal care Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft office Knowledge in Shopify, Google Analytics is added advantage. Knowledge of Personal care and how to put looks together.1 to 2 years of FMCG or controlling experience, preferably in an E-commerce environment. Ensure to be up to date in fashion trends and competitors. Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Analytical and able to demonstrate reports.
