Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction & Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, answering queries, providing assistance, and ensuring prompt resolution of issues through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
Customer Retention:
Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience, aiming to improve customer loyalty and reduce churn.
Problem Resolution:
Proactively address customer concerns and complaints, working to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Feedback Collection & Reporting:
Gather customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to relevant teams for product and service enhancements.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and met.
