Job Overview:
The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) in an automobile 4-wheeler organization is responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships before, during, and after the sale. The CRE serves as the key point of contact between the organization and customers, ensuring a seamless experience, from the first inquiry to after-sales services. This role focuses on delivering a high level of customer satisfaction, increasing brand loyalty, and promoting the company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
• Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, addressing questions related to vehicle models, features, pricing, financing options, service packages, and maintenance.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with the company throughout their lifecycle as a customer.
• Regularly follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction, collect feedback, and address any issues related to their vehicles or services.
• Sales Support:
• Support the sales team in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Assist customers in understanding available promotions, finance options, trade-in offers, and after-sales services.
• Provide guidance on vehicle selection, explaining product specifications, features, and benefits to prospective customers.
• Post-Sale Support & Service Coordination:
• Ensure smooth coordination with the service department to schedule test drives, vehicle servicing, and delivery of sold vehicles.
• Assist in organizing vehicle deliveries and ensure customers receive their vehicles in optimal condition.
• Manage customer service-related concerns, including warranty claims, service inquiries, and any other issues post-purchase, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Customer Follow-ups & Retention:
• Regularly follow up with customers post-purchase to check on their experience, address any questions or concerns, and provide information on scheduled services, maintenance, and warranty coverage.
• Promote vehicle maintenance packages, extended warranties, accessories, and other value-added services to increase customer retention.
• Work with senior management to identify strategies for improving customer retention and increasing repeat business.
• Managing Customer Complaints:
• Actively listen to customer complaints or service-related issues and handle them with empathy and professionalism.
• Ensure the resolution of complaints in a manner that is satisfactory to the customer while aligning with company policies.
• Maintain a record of customer interactions and complaints, identifying trends and opportunities for service improvement.
• CRM and Database Management:
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer information, inquiries, and interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Use the CRM system to track customer touchpoints, service schedules, follow-up reminders, and potential sales opportunities.
• Monitor and update customer contact information to ensure accuracy and ensure customers are kept informed about upcoming service dates, promotions, or new product releases.
• Customer Education:
• Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of their vehicles, including periodic maintenance schedules, troubleshooting tips, and safety measures.
• Provide information on the full range of services offered by the company, such as financing options, insurance, and extended warranties.
• Promotions & Upselling:
• Actively promote ongoing sales campaigns, special promotions, and seasonal offers to customers.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for accessories, vehicle service packages, and other products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Market and Product Knowledge:
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the automobile industry, including new vehicle launches, features, and competitor offerings.
• Develop deep knowledge of the company's vehicle models, services, and financing options to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
