We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive in the healthcare sector. The primary responsibility of this role involves efficiently managing inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails to ensure excellent customer service. This is a crucial position that contributes to enhancing the overall patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding healthcare services and inquiries.
3. Assist in resolving customer issues and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Work Schedule:
Six-day work schedule
9 hours shift
Rotational weekly off
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from a recognized institution
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Prior experience in customer care or healthcare industry is a plus
