• Answering phones & handling complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time.
• Maintaining & building the client relationship.
• Follow up with the customers to ensure resolutions and all guidelines & policies.
• Planning Customer Relationship strategies designed to retain existing Clients.
• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key clients.
• Understanding key customer individual needs and assisting the existing candidates for smooth completion of the program.
• Solving student queries in order to get the course completed in the stipulated time.
• Generating Business from existing customers.
