Key Responsibilities :

1. Enhancing user engagement and retention through personalized communication strategies.

2. Managing the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.

3. Orchestrating targeted marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and retention.

4. Integrating CRM systems with sales and marketing tools for seamless operations.

5. Supporting customer support teams with CRM-driven insights for enhanced service delivery.

6. Innovating with new CRM technologies to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

7. Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and maintaining data security.

8. Monitoring and reporting on CRM performance metrics to track ROI and inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in required

- Experience of 0-2 years

- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?23,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Performance bonus
