- Managing Inbound calls
- Making Outbound calls
-Excel working knowledge.
- Managing Web chat & Email Support
- On-call support to Clients to complete their transaction online.

- Should Have Excellent Communication Skills and good personality
- Should be able to Join the maximum in one week
