Job Description

As a Customer Relations Executive (CRE) for the Isuzu brand, you will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting the service center. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer service, resolve customer concerns efficiently, and enhance customer satisfaction with their service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Handling:
• Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit.
• Understand customer requirements and provide information about available services, costs, and timeframes.
• Service Coordination:
• Coordinate with the service advisors and workshop team to ensure customer requests are addressed promptly.
• Monitor service schedules and update customers on the status of their vehicles.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction.
• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
• Follow-Up and Feedback:
• Conduct post-service follow-ups to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Suggest service improvements based on customer feedback.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of customer details, service history, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Prepare reports on customer interactions and service metrics.
• Promotion of Services:
• Upsell and cross-sell additional services or products to enhance customer experience.
• Inform customers about promotional offers, service packages, and loyalty programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automobile industry.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer orientation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred).
