We're looking for a Relationship Executive to join our team and play a key role in strengthening client connections, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting business growth.
Role Overview:
As a Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and helping to drive customer loyalty and retention. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients, resolve issues, provide insights, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address them.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients.
• Track and monitor client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align client strategies and goals.
• Coordinate and attend client meetings, providing updates on products and services.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring they are up to date with the latest offerings.
• Prepare reports and present performance metrics to senior management and clients.
• Proactively identify new opportunities to expand client engagement and business growth.

Pay: ?9,670.87 - ?24,618.52 per month
