Job Summary:

MrMed is looking for "Customer Relationship Executive" to assist its customers for order support over telephone/ chat channels. As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the brand ambassador of MrMed and will be responsible for ensuring customers are always delighted by our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate and timely responses to customer concerns. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary. Maintain and update customer records in tools. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Document customer interactions and create reports for analysis.

Qualifications

0 to 1 year of experience in voice/ semi voice process in a non-tech role Bachelor's degree in any field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Fluent in Hindi is must
