• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide detailed product/service information and guidance to customers.
• Handle customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve processes and offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services where appropriate.
