Graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in a leading AUTOMOBILE DEALERSHIP in our Authorised SERVICE Center.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive (CRE) - Service to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their service needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person, via phone, or email with service-related inquiries.
• Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on service appointments.
• Resolve customer complaints by collaborating with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service updates.
• Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
