Job Summary:
As a Customer Relations Executive (CRE) for Sales at Isuzu, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, driving vehicle sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will act as a bridge between the customers and the dealership, guiding them through the sales process, addressing their queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement:
• Greet and welcome customers to the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Provide detailed information about Isuzu vehicles, features, and specifications.
• Sales Process Management:
• Assist customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process, including test drives and financial options.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with potential and existing customers to close sales.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance team to ensure seamless processing of sales documentation.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Market Awareness:
• Stay updated with the latest market trends, competitor activities, and Isuzu product features.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with the sales team and management.
• Achieving Sales Targets:
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership.
• Actively participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and events to drive sales.
• Post-Sales Support:
• Ensure customers receive post-sales support, including vehicle delivery coordination and after-sales follow-ups.
• Assist customers with service scheduling and warranty-related queries.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in automobile sales or customer relations.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive selling skills and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is an advantage.
