Role Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to manage and enhance our relationships with customers, ensuring a seamless experience from purchase to post-sales support. This role is ideal for a proactive, customer-focused individual who enjoys problem-solving and can handle inquiries with patience and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and provide effective resolutions across all communication channels (phone, email, social media, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and engagement
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) to ensure prompt and accurate customer support
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in a customer service or relationship management role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
