•Job Summary: •
As a Customer Relationship Executive , you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout their journey with us in the real estate sector.
•Key Responsibilities: •
Prepare and deliver agreements, registry, keeping a record on client cheques and sold and unsold units, knowledge of demand and draft making.
- •Customer Engagement:• - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate information.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and issues through various communication channels (phone,email, in-person).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to enhance loyalty and retention.
- •Client Management:•
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to provide updates on their property transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and problem
resolution.
- Assist clients in understanding property options, financing, and legal requirements.
- •Sales Support:•
- Assist in closing sales by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with legal and
company standards.
- •Market Intelligence:•
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the real estate
sector.
- Provide feedback to management on market dynamics and customer preferences.
- •Documentation and Reporting:•
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, sales activities, and any issues encountered.
•Qualifications :•
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and market trends is a plus.
