We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at LabTech Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving client satisfaction across our IVD services.
Responsibilities :-
• Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, offering and Pricing detailed information about IVD services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage online sales, promotions, and branding efforts to enhance the company's visibility.
• Coordinate IVD appointments and ensure smooth execution of service agreements.
• Work on client retention by following up on services, gathering feedback, and improving service based on client input.
• Identify upselling opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to meet customer retention and sales targets.
• Maintain and update accurate customer records and prepare service-related reports for management.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate any serious concerns to the appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, and technical support) to meet customer needs and improve service quality.

• Proven experience in customer service, relationship management, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and handle queries through various channels (phone, email, in person).
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
• Any Bachelor's degree
• 6 Month to 1 Year of experience in customer service or client relationship management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
