Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer data across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle Customer Inquiries:

- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and Delight Chat.

- Address customer messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

2. Sales and Customer Data Management:

- Maintain and update sales and customer data sheets accurately.

- Track orders to ensure timely delivery and follow up with customers for feedback seven days after delivery.

- Track and update return and exchange records to ensure smooth processing.

3. Customer Communication:

- Make outbound calls to customers to confirm orders and provide assistance as needed.

- Conduct email marketing campaigns and send newsletters to keep customers informed about new products and promotions.

- Reply to customer reviews on Google and address any grievances effectively.

4. Customer Satisfaction and Feedback:

- Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction.

- Address and resolve customer grievances to maintain a positive customer relationship.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- A proactive and problem-solving attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
