We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our real estate team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing updates on projects and transactions.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
• Guide potential buyers through the property selection and purchase process, ensuring a smooth and informed decision-making journey.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to meet client expectations and deliver a seamless experience.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of client information and interactions to provide personalized support.
• Proactively seek feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Stay informed about market trends, property offerings, and company updates to effectively communicate with clients.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience in real estate or customer service is preferred.
